Gates & Rings
Gates
1st & 3rd couples take right hand w/partner across the set & sidestep (7s) down the center one place, then man sets while turning woman under in place while
2nd & 4th couples face each other, no hands, & sidestep (7s) up the outside one place, then both set in place
Repeat in the other direction, back to places (same paths – this is not a telescope)

Rings
1st & 2nd couples take hands in a ring. 3rd & 4th couples take hands in a ring
All sidestep (7s) right in a ring, set (3s), sidestep (7s) left, set (3s) back to places

Gates
